VIRAS: Visually Impaired Robot-Assisted Shopping

 

 

VIRAS encompasses an autonomous shopping cart designed for the blind and visually impaired. It enables them to conduct their purchases independently. The self-driving cart navigates to products and acoustically guides the user’s hand to his desired items.
