S\u2019agissant d\u2019un centre d\u2019innovation, d\u2019une usine intelligente et d\u2019un centre de cobotique, ce lieu avait une port\u00e9e symbolique parfaitement adapt\u00e9e \u00e0 cet \u00e9v\u00e9nement.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"FR\">Le programme proposait une mise \u00e0 jour et une r\u00e9flexion sur les d\u00e9fis de l\u2019Industrie 4.0 par des intervenants de tr\u00e8s haut niveau, un Atelier d\u2019id\u00e9ation pour passer de l\u2019analyse des d\u00e9fis \u00e0 l\u2019identification des solutions possibles et de multiples opportunit\u00e9s de r\u00e9seautage.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><strong>Programme:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>09h00-10h00<\/strong>inscription+ petit-d\u00e9jeuner consacr\u00e9 au r\u00e9seautage<\/li>\n<li><strong>10h00-10h15<\/strong>bienvenue par les <em>boosters<\/em> et promotion d\u2019appels \u00e0 propositions<\/li>\n<li><strong>10h15-12h00<\/strong>pr\u00e9sentations et discours d\u2019ouverture<\/li>\n<li><strong>12h00-13:30<\/strong>d\u00e9jeuner consacr\u00e9 au r\u00e9seautage<\/li>\n<li><strong>13h30-16h30<\/strong>atelier d\u2019id\u00e9ation + pause consacr\u00e9e au r\u00e9seautage<\/li>\n<li><strong>16h30-17h00<\/strong>conclusion et promotion d\u2019appels \u00e0 propositions, enqu\u00eate de satisfaction<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Nous avons accueilli 5 conf\u00e9renciers de tr\u00e8s haut niveau:<\/p>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"FR\">Le Prof. Dr. Sarah D\u00e9gallier Rochat,<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"FR\">Responsable de la Transformation Num\u00e9rique centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019humain \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Sciences Appliqu\u00e9es de Berne a effectu\u00e9 une pr\u00e9sentation sur le th\u00e8me<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Les robots en tant qu\u2019outils: de nouvelles approches d\u2019int\u00e9gration des robots pour les PME<\/strong>. Elle a soulign\u00e9 le\u00a0 r\u00f4le de r\u00e9alisation jou\u00e9 par les PME suisses et le fait qu\u2019elles sont en mesure de transformer les ouvriers en r\u00e9alisateurs par l\u2019application du concept d\u2019ouvrier augment\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"FR\">Le Dr. James Hermus<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"FR\">Post-doctorant au sein du Laboratoire d\u2019 Algorithmes et Syst\u00e8mes d\u2019Apprentissage (LASA) de l\u2019EPFL a effectu\u00e9 une pr\u00e9sentation sur le th\u00e8me<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Syst\u00e8mes adaptatifs en temps r\u00e9el pour la Collaboration Homme-Robot<\/strong>. Il a parl\u00e9 des m\u00e9thodes employ\u00e9es pour apprendre aux robots \u00e0 r\u00e9aliser des t\u00e2ches avec le m\u00eame niveau de dext\u00e9rit\u00e9 dont font preuve les humains dans l\u2019accomplissement de t\u00e2ches similaires.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"FR\">Philipp Schmid,<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"FR\">Responsable Industrie 4.0 &amp; Apprentissage Automatique au CSEM (Centre Suisse d\u2019Electronique et Microtechnique) a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 une intervention sur<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>Industrie 4.0 et Apprentissage Automatique<\/strong>, en soulignant la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 [de comprendre] de quelle mani\u00e8re l\u2019apprentissage automatique et les robots sont en mesure d\u2019automatiser les processus sur les sites industriels en permettant ainsi de d\u00e9velopper le futur des usines intelligentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"FR\">Le Dr. Renaud Dub\u00e9<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span lang=\"FR\">,<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"FR\"> Directeur Technique et Co-fondateur de Sevensense Robotics, est intervenu sur le th\u00e8me<span class=\"apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><strong>L\u2019IA visuelle : empowerment d\u2019une nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration de robots mobiles<\/strong>. Nous avons beaucoup appris sur les aptitudes visuelles des robots et leurs d\u00e9fis : \u00e9clairage et changement de point de vue et compr\u00e9hension de la s\u00e9mantique.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"FR\">Le Prof. Dr Marc Pollefeys,<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"FR\">Professeur d\u2019Informatique \u00e0 l\u2019EPF de Zurich et Directeur du Laboratoire Microsoft Mixed Reality et IA de Zurich, a effectu\u00e9 une pr\u00e9sentation sur le th\u00e8me <strong>Informatique Spatiale et m\u00e9tavers industriel<\/strong>. Il a fourni des exemples int\u00e9ressants de la mani\u00e8re dont on peut utiliser le m\u00e9tavers pour la formation des ouvriers dans des environnements industriels et dont l\u2019informatique spatiale contribue \u00e0 une cartographie et \u00e0 une localisation plus sophistiqu\u00e9es des robots.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"FR-CH\">Un Atelier d\u2019id\u00e9ation a eu lieu dans l\u2019apr\u00e8s-midi. L\u2019atelier \u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 anim\u00e9 par des animateurs de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Databooster:<\/span> <span lang=\"FR-CH\">le Prof. Dr. Patricia Deflorin et le Dr. J\u00fcrg Meierhofer<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"FR\">Analyse des d\u00e9fis:\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"FR\">Les d\u00e9fis identifi\u00e9s peuvent \u00eatre class\u00e9s, en gros, dans 3 cat\u00e9gories.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"FR\">Cat\u00e9gorie n\u00b0 1\u00a0:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"FR\">cela concerne les d\u00e9fis d\u2019ordre g\u00e9n\u00e9ral li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9gration de l\u2019automation (que ce soit du c\u00f4t\u00e9 logiciel ou mat\u00e9riel) dans les processus existants. Ceci comporte, d\u2019une part, la possession des connaissances technologiques n\u00e9cessaires et la compr\u00e9hension de CE QUE l\u2019on souhaite mettre en \u0153uvre, tout en incluant, de l\u2019autre, le d\u00e9veloppement de l\u2019expertise ou de la comp\u00e9tence, au sein de l\u2019entreprise concernant les MODALITES d\u2019int\u00e9gration. Les d\u00e9cideurs, les employ\u00e9s et les clients doivent tous participer \u00e0 cette d\u00e9marche\u00a0; par ailleurs, l\u2019acceptation par les employ\u00e9s et leur formation\/mise \u00e0 niveau doivent \u00eatre assur\u00e9es, en tenant compte du rapport \u00a0co\u00fbt\/efficacit\u00e9 \u00e0 court et long terme, des questions d\u2019ordre \u00e9thique et moral et de l\u2019acceptation\u00a0 culturelle.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"FR\">Cat\u00e9gorie n\u00b0 2\u00a0:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span lang=\"FR\">elle se rapporte aux syst\u00e8mes d\u2019apprentissage automatique qui r\u00e9agissent de la mani\u00e8re la plus flexible \/dynamique aux changements de processus. Ceci, en ce qui concerne, d\u2019une part, des conditions environnementales qui ne cessent de changer et, de l\u2019autre, un d\u00e9roulement extr\u00eamement dynamique des processus (production en flux tendu). Ceci requiert non seulement de nouvelles approches en termes d\u2019interactions homme-machine (une manipulation intuitive et simplifi\u00e9e, des environnements <i>no-code<\/i> etc.), mais aussi une normalisation des processus et des interfaces et d\u2019autres d\u00e9veloppements dans le domaine des syst\u00e8mes modulaires et des syst\u00e8mes d\u2019auto-apprentissage automatique. Dans ce contexte, le d\u00e9fi concerne \u00e9galement les modalit\u00e9s et les possibilit\u00e9s de transfert\u00a0 des connaissances individuelles, bas\u00e9es sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience, des sp\u00e9cialistes op\u00e9rant au sein d\u2019une entreprise \u00e0 des processus (semi-) automatiques, par ex. la transformation de l\u2019intuition humaine appliqu\u00e9e \u00e0 la compr\u00e9hension d\u2019un processus en des syst\u00e8mes \u00e0 base de r\u00e8gles assist\u00e9s par robot.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"FR\">Cat\u00e9gorie n\u00b03<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0: <\/span><\/span><span lang=\"FR\">elle concerne l\u2019utilisation \u00a0(\u00e9tendue) de cobots\/robots dans le domaine de la maintenance. Ceci s\u2019applique au vaste domaine de la logistique\/l\u2019ergonomie, de la pr\u00e9paration de commande, au tri et \u00e0 la manutention de cat\u00e9gories de composants extr\u00eamement diversifi\u00e9s, \u00e0 des processus complexes dans le domaine de l\u2019inspection de mat\u00e9riaux\/surfaces, \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration de dommages \/au remplacement de pi\u00e8ces automatis\u00e9(e), \u00e0 l\u2019assemblage et au d\u00e9montage de gros v\u00e9hicules ferroviaires. Dans ce type de processus, la fiabilit\u00e9\/pr\u00e9cision requise constitue un d\u00e9fi (technique) majeur dont le traitement peut se r\u00e9v\u00e9ler souvent tr\u00e8s co\u00fbteux.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><strong><span lang=\"FR\">Solutions \u00e9tudi\u00e9es:<\/span><\/strong><span class=\"apple-converted-space\"><span lang=\"FR\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<p><span lang=\"FR\">Pour chacune de ces cat\u00e9gories, l\u2019atelier s\u2019est concentr\u00e9 sur un certain nombre de d\u00e9fis pr\u00e9alablement identifi\u00e9s, en examinant les solutions possibles.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>In each cluster, the workshop focused on some of the identified challenges and discussed possible solutions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Solutions pour la Cat\u00e9gorie n\u00b01:<\/strong>\n<ul>\n<li>Directive\/cadre pour l\u2019int\u00e9gration de processus automatis\u00e9s dans des flux de travail existants, en tenant compte du point de vue de la Direction, du client et de l\u2019employ\u00e9 (au niveau m\u00e9ta).<\/li>\n<li>Cadre pour l\u2019int\u00e9gration et l\u2019\u00e9valuation p\u00e9riodique de la conformit\u00e9 aux principes d\u2019\u00e9thique et de morale et au cadre juridique applicable.<\/li>\n<li>Directive\/cadre pour la mise en \u0153uvre concr\u00e8te des processus automatiques au sein de l\u2019entreprise concernant l\u2019implication des employ\u00e9s : acceptation interne, prise en compte des besoins du personnel, formation\/\u00e9ducation (am\u00e9lioration des comp\u00e9tences) et responsabilisation.<\/li>\n<li>Evaluation des besoins en termes de solutions d\u2019automatisation dans l\u2019industrie (normalisation, interfaces, convivialit\u00e9\/interactivit\u00e9).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Solutions pour la Cat\u00e9gorie n\u00b0 2:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement de solutions d\u2019automatisation capables de satisfaire des exigences de r\u00e9duction du volume\/production en flux tendu ou des flux de traitement extr\u00eamement variables (qui soient, en m\u00eame temps, \u00e9conomiquement viables).<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes d\u2019apprentissage automatique dot\u00e9s d\u2019une flexibilit\u00e9 am\u00e9lior\u00e9e en termes d\u2019\u00e9l\u00e9ments d\u2019auto-apprentissage\/auto-optimisation (robots modulaires auto-configurables, auto-ML) de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 pouvoir mieux s\u2019adapter \u00e0 des environnements qui ne cessent d\u2019\u00e9voluer et \u00e0 des processus hautement complexes.<\/li>\n<li>D\u00e9veloppement de syst\u00e8mes de contr\u00f4le capables de saisir des composantes humaines intuitives dans le processus de transformation\/fabrication et de les transformer en programmes \u00e0 base de r\u00e8gle, ex\u00e9cutable par machine (par ex.
